Perfect Color - No grays!

I am a natural strawberry blonde yet every time I went in for a color at a salon to cover my grays, I ended up a brunette with reddish highlights. Spent lots of money and super disappointed. Yesterday I tried the Marigold color and it is absolutely perfect! It's the strawberry color I have been looking for in the last ten years at the salon and couldn't get. Not only is the color beautiful and natural, my hair is soft and it covered by grays!!! (kept in the extra 10 minutes as recommended). I won't be hitting a salon again for my coloring!!

Lovely reddish-golden hair

I wanted to color my hair lighter reddish-golden and was advised by MR style color expert to mix Carrara Crimson and Matera Marigold. I loved the new shade which is lighter. Now I will try just Matera Marigold with the hope my hair is even lighter. As always, I love the MR permanent hair color which is a pleasure to apply, gives beautiful color and is not irritating.

This is the second time I have used your product-I found it much easier to apply using a brush instead of the bottle that you enclose. I think it would be great if you enclosed a brush to the box.

great concept but poor product

Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the dye did not get the job done. I have been dying my hair at home for years going dark blonde to light and have never had to leave the color on longer than an hour max. After an hour my roots were barely affected. I don't have any grey so wouldn't know about coverage on that but do know that I torture my hair and it's still healthy so it quite possibly could just be my hair.

Finally found the right color for me.

it took a few tries to find the right color once my hair started to turn grey. Pisa Blonde is the one that works for me. It lightens the darker grey without turning brassy. I'm very pleased.

Best Home Color Experience

First, the packaging was excellent. I felt like I had gotten my money's worth just looking at the care that went into all the details. I was a little skeptical of the color, never having used the product before. It was a luxurious experience - no dripping, very thick texture, which made me feel like I was truly pampering myself. I thought the color turned out a little darker than I expected, but the first compliment I received was from my dad who has never commented on my hair. He said he really liked the color! I do like it, even darker than I am used to because it has golden highlights. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner because they felt so luxurious. My hair looked and felt in better condition than it has in years. So I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and went on autoship for the hair color. I struggle with very fine and thinning hair as a result of hormone-blocking medicine I am currently taking. That is why, when I heard your ad on radio, I thought I would give it a try. I need to take care of what I have. Thank you for a great product!

WOW It's Perfect!!!

I recently switched from "Amalfi" blonde Level 10, to "Ancona" (High Lift) blonde Level 11, and do not regret the decision at all! My natural hair color is Medium Ash Blonde with gold highlights, but indoors only shows the ash. I tried the Amalfi blonde first, but the color turned out to be about a Level 8 on my hair. The gray ash was very strong and with the gold combined, was not a good look for my fair (pink undertone) complexion. I was nervous about trying the High Lift blonde, but knew how gentle Madison Reed hair color is, and that the "Levels" on my head, do not match the same Levels as my old harsh store brand was. The "Amalfi" Blonde (Level 10) is equal to about a level 8 1/2 (on my hair). This new hair color "Ancona Natural" (Level 11) is so beautiful I almost fainted with shock! It is a "Light Natural Blonde" with very delicate gold, (because I already have alot of gold highlights, I don't need much help). It looks like about a level 9 1/2 (on my head). I cannot believe that Madison Reed can produce such a pretty hair color like this in a (High Lift); and have it be just as gentle, silky, shiny, and fragrant as all of the other hair colors they produce. This hair color makes me feel so elegant, and I hope that it never goes away. I will stick with Madison Reed forever, because, it really is the best!!!

Beautiful color!

I have colored my hair for many years and was looking for a new product with better tone and coverage. I am very pleased with my result the first time with this color.
