Madison Reed Radiant Cream Color was developed for use on hair growing from the scalp and should be used only as directed. Madison Reed hair color must not be used for dying eyelashes or eyebrows-- the eye area is extremely sensitive, and applying hair color on it could cause blindness.  The FDA does not permit any consumer hair color sold within the U.S. to be applied on the eye area.
