Cancel my subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you need to cancel your at home subscription here is how:
On the Website:
On the Website:
- Log in to Madison-Reed.com
- Click on "Account" then click "My Subscriptions"
- Next to the subscription you would like to cancel, click "More"
Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription" - You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation before confirming the cancellation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time by going to the "Inactive Subscriptions" section in the "Subscriptions" tab.
On the Mobile App:
- Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
- At the bottom of the screen there is a “Membership” Icon, tap on that
- If you have a Hair Color Subscription or Unlimited Roots Membership, it will appear on this screen.
- To cancel your subscription, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Cancel Subscription’
- You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancellation before confirming the cancellation
