In the Mobile App:
Edit billing information
How do I add or edit my billing information?
On the Website:
- Log in to Madison-Reed.com
- Select "Account"
- Next to the subscription you would like to edit, click "More"
- Scroll down to the box that contains your Shipping Address and Payment Method
- Under Payment Method, click on the pencil icon
- Select from previously entered payment methods or click "Add payment method"
- Click the purple "Save" button
- You should see a green banner appear across the top of the page that says "You have successfully updated your subscription"
In the Mobile App:
- Log into the Madison Reed Mobile App
- At the bottom of the screen there is a “Membership” Icon, tap on that
- If you have a Hair Color Subscription or Unlimited Roots Membership, it will appear on this screen as well
- Scroll down to see “Payment” you will see the current payment method, along with the ability to change the payment method by clicking the “Change Method’ on the right hand side of the screen
- To change your payment method, click “Change Method” on the right side of the screen
- Select from previously entered payment methods or click ‘Add payment method.”
- Click the “Save” button
- A green banner will appear across the top of the screen that says “You have successfully updated your subscription”
