At checkout, there is an option to place an order for in-store pick up at a Hair Color Bar location.

When you place an order online for in store pick up, you will see a pending authorization charge on your bank statement. Your credit card will not be charged until you come in to pick up your order.

Orders are cancelable online or by Color Crew within 1 hour of the order being placed.

If you are not able to pick up your order within 5 business days, you will receive an email notification saying the order has been canceled and your subscription will ship as it normally would. Additionally, if you fail to pick up your order within 5 business days, you will receive an email asking if you would prefer to ship the items instead. If you don’t confirm, your order will be canceled automatically.
