Pause subscription
Can I pause my at home subscription?
At this time, we are unable to pause at-home subscriptions indefinitely; however, we can push back your next shipment to a later date.
On our website:
- Log in to Madison-Reed.com
- Click on “Account”
- Click on “My Subscriptions”
- Click on “Pause” – you will see a calendar pop up.
- Select the next shipping date you would like, then click “Pause” underneath the calendar.
- Select the reason and click “Finish”. You will then see your newly selected date displayed under the next shipment.
