Shipping process

How does shipping work?

Processing time:
  • Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time in addition to the shipping time.
  • Madison Reed will provide a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Carriers:
  • We use FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and address destination of your package.

Expedited Shipping:
  • Expedited orders ship with Fedex.
    Please note that expedited shipments cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes.​​​​​​​​​​

Shipping exceptions:
  • Several items must be set by ground and cannot be expedited or shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. These items include:

    • Tivoli 8N, Nocera 9N
    • Root Perfection
We only ship within the United States of America and some US Territories. We can also ship to APO, DPO, and FPO locations, however expedited shipping is not available for non-state addresses. Standard shipping timeframes are also not applicable and will take longer to receive, often 2-6 weeks. ​
