Who Palermo Black is Best For:
Palermo Black works for starting levels 2 through 4, or to deepen your shade if you are starting lighter. Designed for anyone with less than 50% of roots are gray looking to fully cover them. It works for root touch-ups on grays as well as all-over vivid color.
