Beautiful, rich color!
I am thrilled with my hair after using these products. The coloring process was made very simple. I purchased an extra tube of color for my mid/lower back length thick hair and used all of both tubes, although I truly didn't need as much, followed the instructions provided and my hair is perfect. The color is dimensional, rich and lustrous. My hair truly looks and feels healthier and shinier than before I colored it. I also love that all the packaging is recyclable. My only suggestion would be to include a second clean up wipe with the kit. It was invaluable, and this novice got dye EVERYWHERE. I am very happy with Madison Reed and intend on being a customer for years to come.

La-La-La-LOVE it!
OK, so when I hooked my husband waaaaay back in 2002, I had recently dyed my hair "Mahogany Eve". He loved it, and that's around the time we started dating (coincidence? I think not). I can not find that color ...he has expressed many times how much he looooved that color. So I had over the course of years taken to going to salons to get expensive, not tested on animal color done... doing my best to get the results I had in years past. We recently moved back to my home state of MA, and in an effort to cut costs I stopped dying my hair. Well - then lo and behold I discovered my new BFF Madison Reed (LOVE YOU BABY!) and I found a color that we love even better than Mahogany Eve of yesteryear! The packaging is awesome, the barrier cream freaking WORKS! The gloves did not break (WOO HOO!) and best of all - I have long, thick hair and I was able to get by on only one tube! :-) The color...oh my sweet lord in heaven the COLOR!!! Fab - you - luscious!!

I really liked my experience with the madison reed color system. The package came with everything I needed. I must say when i picked this color I was going for a subtle red tint to my dark brown hair and to cover my gray hair, What i got was something different but I was in love with the results. My natural hair color seemed to have a more dark rich brown color almost reminds me of coffee beans, but when i went to check for my gray hair after washing I could not find them. Once my hair started to dry, I begin to notice these vibrant red highlights where my gray hairs once were that I fell in love with. I was amazed at how this hair system seemed to enhance my natural color while also delivering such vibrant red tones to my gray hair. It is almost as if the system works with your hair instead of doing its on thing and I love it. Thanks Madison Reed, this truly a unique coloring system. Also the shampoo and conditioner were very moisturing, a special side treat along with the color.
